The Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner ushers in a new era for its signature restaurant, ENTYSE, with a fresh experience from the moment guests walk through the doors through the last delicious bite on their plate. New menus redefine the dining experience, while signature favorites, such as Afternoon Tea, remain in a newly refreshed setting.

Dinner features inventive worldly dishes such as the Roasted Eggplant with shawarma spice, yogurt, and coconut curry sauce, and Crab Pad Thai with spring onions, tamarind, tofu, and bean sprouts, that complement traditional favorites, including the Virginia Beef Burger and Burrata Salad - giving both new guests and frequent diners the opportunity to experience unique flavors in a familiar setting. Breakfast, lunch, and brunch follow suit bringing a melting pot of flavors to the McLean restaurant with new highlights including Raisin Brioche French Toast with Virginia apple compote, Crab and Avocado Toast, Vegetable Pakora Tacos with masala spice and jalapeno chutney, and Casarecce pasta with zucchini, ricotta, saffron, and parmesan cheese to name a few. 

As the cuisine has evolved at ENTYSE, so has the design, as the signature restaurant now has a new home within The Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner. The residential design is inspired to create intimate moments, while natural materials and sophisticated color palette pay tribute to the history of the farm steading land where the hotel and restaurant now sit. The refreshed interiors and enhanced menus make ENTYSE the perfect location for conducting business, or connecting with friends and family over a meal. 

Guests can expect exciting new programming to be announced in collaboration with local Virginia winery and distillery partners including RdV Vineyards, Cana Vineyards, Green Hill Vineyards, and Catoctin Creek Distilling Company to enhance the overall experience on and off property.
